1. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at ammusgifts.admin@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 93819 53849 with your order ID. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
2. Return eligibility
Non-customized, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalized, engraved, or customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Refund method & timeline
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, etc.) within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails but amount is debited, it is typically auto-reversed by your bank within 5–10 business days. For duplicate charges, contact us with payment proof and we will coordinate with Razorpay for resolution.
5. Damaged or defective items
We do not accept returns for damaged products. If your order arrives damaged because of mishandling by our courier or delivery partner, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order ID. After verification, we will send a replacement of the same quality at no extra cost. Manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery may also qualify for a free replacement.
6. How to request a refund
Email ammusgifts.admin@gmail.com or message on WhatsApp +91 93819 53849 with your order ID, reason, and photos (if applicable). Our team will confirm eligibility and next steps within 1–2 business days.
