How long does delivery take?
Standard orders ship in 5–7 business days across India. Customized gifts take 7–10 days. Express delivery available at checkout.
Can I customize bulk orders?
Absolutely. We offer name engraving, custom packaging and brand co-branding for orders above 50 units. Request a quote on our Bulk Orders page.
What is the return policy?
Non-customized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalized gifts are non-returnable but we offer free replacement for any defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore and Australia. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
