1. Agreement
This policy applies to Ammu's Gifts ("we", "us", "our") operating at https://ammusgifts.in. For questions contact Rohith Nalla at ammusgifts.admin@gmail.com or +91 93819 53849. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products & pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. Errors in pricing or product information may result in order cancellation with a full refund.
3. Orders & payment
When you place an order, you offer to purchase the products at the listed price. We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Order confirmation is sent by email/SMS after successful payment.
4. Customized products
Personalized or customized items are made to order. These products cannot be cancelled once production has started and are not eligible for return except in case of manufacturing defect.
5. Shipping & delivery
We deliver within Telangana only. Orders are typically delivered in 10–20 business days, depending on the product and our courier partner. The maximum delivery period is 15 business days from order confirmation unless otherwise stated. See our Shipping Policy for charges and tracking.
6. Damaged or defective products
We inspect every item before dispatch. If a product arrives damaged due to mishandling by the courier or delivery partner, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order ID — we will send a replacement of the same quality at no extra cost. We do not accept returns of damaged products; replacement is offered only where the damage occurred in transit through our delivery partner.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Warangal, Telangana, India.
