1. Delivery areas
We deliver within Telangana only — including Warangal, Hyderabad, and all districts in the state. We do not ship to other states at this time.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Customized gifts may take 7–10 additional business days before dispatch.
3. Delivery timelines
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch. Express delivery (where offered): 2–3 business days. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.
4. Shipping charges
We deliver only within Telangana. Free delivery for PIN 506005; ₹50 for other Warangal-area PINs (506xxx); ₹100 for other Telangana cities (500xxx–509xxx). Orders outside Telangana cannot be placed.
5. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details by SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can also track orders by signing in and visiting My Orders.
6. Undelivered / refused orders
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply. Refused orders may be subject to return shipping deductions from any refund.
